Why I designed this eBook & who it will suit

I wanted to bring you recipes that I eat regularly (ie weekly). I know so many women are like me (busy) and don't want to spend hours in the kitchen, so I had to pull together some of my most loved, go-to recipes that are fuss free, tasty and just so so so easy that I eat when it's warmer and enjoy either by myself or with friends!

They're also all inspired by how I was brought up to eat by my parents.

Every time I eat with them, they remind me how simple beautiful meals can truly be. Dad will BBQ some meat while Mum prepares a simple, yet tasty salad and / or selection of veg.

What are the recipes?

Part 1

9 throw together recipes, perfect for quick lunches or dinners. A few of them are STAND OUT favourites that my team and I regularly make for our weekday lunches (also GREAT as leftovers) or as quick Summer dinners to enjoy with friends or family.

 

Part 2

This section of the eBook lets you have some fun and is called 'Choose Your Protein & Salad'. This is inspired by how my parents cook & how I eat when I enjoy meals with them.

You simply choose your own protein (fish, steak, chicken etc) to BBQ or grill, and then choose one of the 4 salads that are included to enjoy with it!

We have created a clever Protein Choice Page, breaking down the calories of different amounts of proteins so that it takes ALL the guesswork away from calorie counting when you add it to your side salad (where the calories, like always, are included on the salad recipes!)
